-Exchanges are not accepted
-Refunds will only be given if the product is faulty
-Refunds and exchanges will not be given due to change of mind or incorrect choice
-No refunds or reissue of orders given if item is damaged or lost during shipping
-Sale items -Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with a photo and send your item to: 4 Maylen Court Toowoomba Queensland AU 4352.

Please choose carefully as cancellation of orders must be done within 3 hours or purchase as items are made to order and may have been started already

-Processing times are located at the top of the screen - otherwise thy are usually between 3-7 business days
-Shipping within Australia is generally 3 - 10 business days. For S.A & W.A this can take longer, generally around 10 - 14 business days.
-International shipping usually takes between 7 - 21 business days but please keep in mind if customs take a peek, it can be longer. Delivery rarely can take 30+ days. 
-We do not offer refunds or reissue of orders if the parcel is damaged or lost during shipping. 
-Please check your shipping address is correct at time of purchase, We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address provided. We will only ship to address provided on order at time of purchase.
